General terms and Conditions

  9. The Games are for the sole purpose of entertainment. Any participation in the Game is done so at your discretion and risk. By playing the Games, you acknowledge that you do not find the content thereof or the Casino to be unfair, indecent, offensive, or objectionable.
  10. Where a player is resident of a country that has a currency that is not USD, and is not from a blocked country, USD will be used as the players currency as this is the sole currency.
  11. If a players account is found to be linked to a history of Chargebacks, or any other related fraudulent activity, gameplay manipulation or conducts actions deemed high risk by Mega7's Fraud and Risk Department, winnings may be voided.
  12. Use of a Mega7's casino account is only permitted for personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Casino or the Web site is strictly prohibited.

  13. The Company reserves the right to, at any time, cancel your account without notice to you if we deem such necessary. If you have a balance in your account at the time of cancellation of your account, the balance may be credited to you. Note: Mega7's reserves the right, to void any wins and confiscate a live balance in your Casino account, under any circumstances including:

    • If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;
    • If the name on your Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on your Casino account
    • If you participate in a Casino promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion
    • If you provide incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification information If you are not of legal age
    • If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law
    • If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Casino account
    • If you have not played at the Casino on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.)
    • If you are found cheating or if it is determined by the Company that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Casino
    • If you have been designated as a bonus abuser, playing no or low-risk strategies in order to withdraw promotional money
    • If the Company should become aware that you have played at any other on-line casino under any of the circumstances set out at 10.a to 10.k above

  14. If Mega7's Fraud and Risk department suspects fraud or related negative activity on your part, Mega7's management has the right to journal out/withhold any amount in excess of your original deposit, as deemed necessary. Further, management has the right to initiate legal proceedings to retrieve any payments/funds owed by you. You agree to fully pay any and all payments and charges due to Mega7's or to Payment Providers in connection with your use of the Online Casino. You further agree not to initiate charge-backs or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your deposits. In the event that this transpires, all winnings will be journaled out and you will have to compensate the Company for all unpaid deposits including any expenses incurred by the Company in the process of handling the chargebacks and collecting your deposit(s).
  15. Upon accepting any prize/winnings from Mega7's, you automatically consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional marketing use, without the expectation of compensation.
  16. The casino management holds all rights of admission and may choose to exclude player/s from tournaments, redeeming coupons and promotional offers, if such players are found to be associated with any form of abuse or bonus abuse and/or playing low-risk strategies in order to withdraw promotional/bonus money or tournament wins.
  17. Should you have any query/dispute regarding the outcome with the Games, you have fourteen (14) days to submit your complaint to Mega7's Casino in writing. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game/s.
  18. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from the Company, or any fees incurred as a result of winnings received by your financial institution. The casino is in no way liable for such fees or taxes.
  19. Failure to log into your Casino account for a period of 180 days will result in your casino account balance being forfeited to the Casino. Should your account remain dormant/inactive for a period of 6 months or longer, the casino reserves the right to lock your account and deem your account inactive.
  20. Any loyalty points unredeemed for a period of 90 days or greater will be defined as 'expired'. In such event, the casino reserves the right to remove these loyalty points.
  21. Mega7's cannot be held responsible for all forms of computer or Internet malfunctions. In addition, any attempts by the Player to participate in the Games by methods, means or ways not intended by Mega7's cannot be brought back to Mega7's for liability.
  22. In the event of a game malfunction, all plays and pays are considered void.

  23. Mega7's reserves the right to make public your actions, along with your identity and email address, as well as pass on your information to other casinos, Credit Card Companies, Banks, and other online appropriate agencies in the following cases:

    • You are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the games
    • You make untrue and/or malicious comments to Mega7's operation

  25. The trade name of the company is Mega7's. All terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies on this website and related marketing material are the sole property of Mega7's. You have no rights to the use of such by using the Web site and the material contained therein.
  26. By creating an account at Mega7's, you agree that all correspondence between the Casino and the account holder are recorded. Recordings are stored for all telephone calls, emails and Live Chats communication. These recordings are saved for quality and risk purposes.
  27. Content of the Games (obtained by any means) are automatically void if mutilated, counterfeited, forged, or tampered with in any way, if illegible, electronically or mechanically copied, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain typographical, production, printing, electronic, mechanical or any other errors. Liability for content of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.
  28. All resources submitted for prize claims automatically becomes the property of Mega7's and shall not be returned. Mega7's will not be held responsible for late, lost, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete, damaged, or postage due mail, prize claims, entries or requests.
  29. After transacting, an e-mail notification will be sent to you. Mega7's recommends that as the cardholder, you keep track of all transactional data, rules of the specific games, all cancellation requirements, and available payment methods in order to avoid misunderstandings.
  30. Account information should be kept private and confidential at all times, and keeping such is the sole responsibility of the account holder. Should you choose to share, give away or mislay your account number/password, Mega7's will not be held responsible for any claims against your account. In such an event, the player waives all rights that he/she may have to question any irregularity on their gaming account, due to the disclosure of account information.
  31. All wagers must be placed through the provided user interface on Mega7's Website pages. All other means of Internet wagering, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden and deemed fraudulent play. In the event that use of non-approved client software or systematic gaming advantage software is detected, Management reserves the right to retroactively deem all wagers as invalidate, cancel/block/ban the player's account and details, or take any other action deemed appropriate.

  33. Mega7's website may use Cookies and web-site analytic tools. Privacy settings on your computer or device may be adjusted to permit or prohibit the various levels of cookies placed on your machine/device's hard drive. Mega7's has no control over your computer's/device's privacy settings.
  34. For withdrawals under $500.00, where the payment method has been selected as Check/Wire, a $35 or greater processing fee will be incurred. Such fee will be automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time of processing.
  35. All Withdrawals are subject to a 2-5 business day processing time. During this period, the withdrawal will remain reversible in your casino cashier.
  36. A verification deposit will have to be made and wagered at least once through before a withdrawal can be paid to you, if you have not made a deposit in the last 90 days.

  37. The following documents are required before we may process a withdrawal:

  39. Terms and Conditions herein represents the final and exclusive agreement between you and Mega7's. This agreement merges and supersedes all prior contracts, representations and understandings between you and Mega7's with regards to your play at the Casino.

  40. If a bonus claimed holds a higher value than your live balance at the time of the bonus redemption, you will be subject to a max cashout restriction of :

The Software is owned by the Company and/or its licensors, and its structure, organization and code are the valuable trade secrets of the Company and its licensors. The Software is also protected by copyright law and International Treaty provisions. Use of the Software does not give you any rights of ownership or any intellectual property rights in the Software or the Company's trademarks and/or other proprietary information contained in the Software.
  3. RESTRICTIONS. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, de compile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software or the Company's servers or to create, publish or distribute derivative works from the Software. The Software is licensed and distributed by the Company solely for the purpose of enabling end users of the Software to fully utilize the Casino. You may use the Software for online play only on at the Casino. You agree not to create or provide any means (including, without limitation, emulators) through which the Software may be used by others.
  4. NO WARRANTY. The Software is being delivered to you AS IS and the Company makes no warranty as to its use or performance. THE COMPANY AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE, THE COMPANY'S SERVERS, OR DOCUMENTATION. THE COMPANY AND ITS LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DISCLAIM THE SAME TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, SUFFERED BY YOU BY REASON OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY DEFECT IN THE SOFTWARE OR SERVER, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
  5. PRIVACY PRINCIPLES. There are times when the Company may need to collect information from you through our Web site concerning your credit history and/or your hardware. The personally identifiable information gathered by the Company will provide the Company with information necessary to ensure that both the Company's and your interests are better served and protected. The Company is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. Our goal is to give you as much control and information as possible regarding your personal information and the use the Company makes of it in the course of the Company's business. The Company will never sell, rent or disclose your personally identifiable information to parties other than the Company's licensors or service providers as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Casino, without your consent unless compelled by law or court order to do so. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the software remain with Mega7's Casino, including images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text that may be part of the software. If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of the Company.
  7. TERMINATION. The Company may terminate your license to use the Software at any time, with or without cause, forthwith without notice. Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, you will immediately delete the Software from the computer in which it is installed.
  8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This End-User License constitutes the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties

Promotions Terms and Conditions

Welcome Package

  1. The welcome package is redeemable on your first 3 deposits. You must redeem the coupon code prior to each deposit.
  2. There are no maximum cash out restrictions on any of the welcome bonus deals.
  3. The bonus chips are unredeemable and will be removed from the associated cashout.

Free Bonus Terms and Conditions

  1. The minimum and maximum withdrawal permitted on existing and previous free money bonuses is capped at $ 100.00. Any funds left from free winnings will be immediately removed from the player account after processing the withdrawal. The person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account.
  2. Withdrawals from free bonus promotions of $ 100.00 are only processed when a copy of your driver's license and a utility bill is received, matching the name, DOB and address registered on your Mega7s account.
  3. A verification deposit of minimum $25 will have to be made and wagered at least once through before a withdrawal originating from a no deposit bonus will be paid to you.
  4. The bonus amount may be subject to playthrough requirements. The playthrough obligations are dependent on the various promotions.
